CLASS OFFERINGS

My classes are a blend of all of the lineages I have studied so far. Mainly I teach in Kaiut style, focused on freedom and mobility in the joints that gives way naturally to flexibility in the body. Additionally, I add elements of Dharma yoga and blend techniques from Hatha yoga and numerous other styles with traditional yogic philosophy and meditation. The sequences are designed to uninhibit the free flow of prana energy up and down the spine and throughout the physical body and mind. The postures chosen reveal the connection between the body and breath. The goal of these postures, or asanas, being to allow you to understand your body on a deeper level and become free from restrictions.

PRIVATE SESSIONS

Private sessions are beneficial for a variety of reasons. For beginners, they allow for a less intimidating atmosphere and the space to ask questions. No matter what level of student you are, these sessions grant the individual instruction and focused teachings curated for your specific body and needs.

GROUP CLASSES

Carefully curated full-length 60-minute yoga classes. These classes are for all bodies—young and old, experienced or inexperienced, flexible or inflexible, injured or not, athletic or not…the list goes on. These are truly classes for EVERYONE. Taught in a Kaiut style, they focus on resetting the nervous system and breaking through rigidity through carefully chosen meditative sequences. Breathwork and meditation are embedded in these classes.

PRENATAL CLASSES (PRIVATE & GROUP)

Pregnancy yoga classes that encourage relaxation, flexibility and strength, and therefore balance in both the body and mind. These classes include asana practice, meditation, pranayama or breathing techniques and are open to students at all stages of pregnancy. The poses will help bring attention to the posture and breath, which will benefit pregnant people to create healthier postural and mental habits to ease stress, tension, and imbalances common throughout pregnancy (back pain, nausea, headaches, anxiety, joint pain, pelvic floor discomforts) and beyond. The intention in these prenatal sessions is to use the resources embedded in the yoga practice to ground you physically, mentally, and emotionally in a time of profound transition and change and to practically provide tools for labor, delivery, and early postpartum.

CANCELLATION POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND WILL NOT BE REFUNDED UNLESS INSTRUCTOR CANCELS THE SESSION. IN THE CASE THAT THE INSTRUCTOR CANCELS, THE STUDENT WILL BE FULLY REFUNDED. IF STUDENT CANCELS LESS THAN 48 HOURS BEFORE THE PLANNED SESSION, THE STUDENT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED NOR RESCHEDULED. IF THE STUDENT CANCELS WITH MORE THAN 48 HOURS BEFORE THE PLANNED SESSIONS, THEY ARE ABLE TO RESCHEDULE A NEW SESSION WITHIN THE INSTRUCTORS AVAILABILITY.
